I first met Cindy after she helped me realign my hip. I thought I had pulled my groin muscle but after several months of pain, I finally sought help. "I am two years removed from spinal fusion surgery followed by multiple rounds of physical therapy. While the surgery fixed disc and nerve issues, I was not completely pain free and lacked the mobility to play golf at a level and frequency I was used to. I started seeing Cindy at BodyFit in December 2024 taking the Golf Performance program. The program started with a functional evaluation on my overall fitness along with the completing the Titleist TPI assessment. From there Cindy structured a training and coaching program focused on improving my flexibility, balance, mobility and strengthen my core. I’m into my third month and I feel extremely positive about the progress I’ve made in all phases of my training. Recently, I started working with the teaching pro (Ryan) at Golf Lounge 18 which just around the corner from Cindy’s studio. Cindy offered to come over for one of my lessons to watch me swing. Working with Ryan, they suggested setup, posture and swing changes to minimize pressure on my back. This was a huge help giving me insight into my swing mechanics and giving me confidence that I could begin to swing freely again.
